This product is very good for the price. It takes a bit of time to take off and put on because you have to undo the Velcro in four spots. The fit is reasonably comfortable for doing regular bodyweight exercises. I haven’t tried it with any cardio like running. This does not come with any weights, you’ll have to get those separately. I just purchased some 16mm steel rods and cut it into lengths. Even with the weights inside, it folds up pretty nicely for storage. That seems cheaper than buying the little plates online.
